Can you believe just 20 more days until 2011? Every year we comment on how fast time flies. This is when many of us start reviewing our status within the realm of our lifelong goals. Have we shed that 15 pounds? Did we run that half marathon? Did we get our documents organized or create that will?

In my experience, if goals aren’t written AND posted where they are in my face daily, I forget about them… until the New Year approaches, of course. In our Creating Wellness Empowerment Club, this is just one of the many things our members learn through simple easy techniques- all which help move them towards wellness.

Our group meets the 1st and 3rd Monday at 4:45pm. Guests are free for one visit. Membership benefits include an initial wellness exam upon joining (valued at $100), attendance to meetings, all support materials and handouts and exclusive specials on products and services. Women4Wellness at Business expo!

Today we experienced our first public event as Women4Wellness. Southwest Valley Express Network in Goodyear hosted a business expo and although it wasn’t a busy event we had the opportunity to share our information with other exhibitors. It was definitely a positive experience marketing as a team and representing ourselves as an alliance! Lori, our lactation consultant is modeling a snuggle (baby carrier)!

Every month, we (the founding members) meet over tea (or organic coffee) and strategize, share and discuss ways to increase our awareness in the community.
